How confidential is the service that is offered when I’m looking for a new job role, or conducting a search for a candidate?

We uphold a tremendous amount of confidentiality when carrying out a job search on behalf of a candidate, or when conducting a search on behalf of a client.  We will discuss what information you’re happy to disclose to a potential employer or employee right at the beginning of our consultation with you, and will always offer advice throughout the process on how to best manage this.
